Movement for Social Justice
MSJ4 is a youth-led organization dedicated to advocating for human rights, promoting good governance, and empowering both youth and women. Established in 2020 and based in Basse, Upper River Region (URR), we aim to create a society where the rights of individuals are respected and upheld, governance is transparent and accountable, and all members of the community, especially young people and women, have the opportunity to thrive.
Taking the lead to fight for social justice, anti-corruption, and human rights in The Gambia by defending the rights of workers, the poor, women, children, and marginalized populations through advocacy, intervention, and legal action.
To create a just society in The Gambia where all individuals are treated with dignity and respect, free from corruption, oppression, and human rights violations, with a focus on empowering the youth to be catalysts for positive change.
